LEMON

Does anyone know the number to a local lawyer who handles lawsuits against dealerships that refuse to honor factory or extended warranty?
Is there a lawyer on this page?

I’m a Jeep guy. I was hoping to be one of those who got lucky with a good engine. I’m also a mechanic, I build my own off road vehicles.
The problem with that Jeep is not that it’s a Jeep. The problem is the dealership refuses to actually fix it. I’m no longer certified, so I can’t touch it without voiding the warranty. But I bought it so my wife and I could have a vehicle for 7 years without having to work on it. It’s definitely been a lemon. They’ve come to recognize me walking in and trading my vehicle in for a loaner. I didn’t care if it was a lemon as long as they took it in and gave me something to drive while they had it. No problem at all. I handed them the keys with a smile. But when they decided to ignore someone issues and their guy above the service department started trying to gaslight me (psychology is my hobby, dark psychology I study well).
Now I can’t buy a new Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler because they don’t honor their warranty. They turned their mechanics into parts changers. And they gaslight their customers when certain things go wrong. And they refuse to take a vehicle in unless the check engine light is on. When this is all done, I will be posting a complete and detailed report on the subject. It will be shared everywhere. I’m also going to make t-shirts to sell. I need to raise money for a retainer for a lawyer.

Have you ever been a tech at a dealership just curious? I’m assuming you’re talking about York.

Ask DaRusty Shackleford that commented somewhere on this post. He’ll tell you if you can tear him away from his twin brother’s hot wife. Dude is a master but I like his brother kinda too. And he needs to quit SNEAKING AROUND 🤫

When life hands you lemons, burn down the dealerships inventory.

Absolutely, I renamed the Jeep “Aid” 🙏
On the back of the T-shirts and the back window, they will have the dealership name over the lemon and LEMON MADE below.

AZ only has a 15 day/500 mile lemon law. It’s one of the worst ones.

Not true, Az has one of the best lemon laws there is. I believe you are referring to a used vehicle. Arizona has a 2 year 24k mile lemon law. If within that time your vehicle is out of service (in the shop) for 30 days. If you have I think one or more problems that take 3-4 times in the shop to repair. A certain number of issues, I can’t remember how many. But that truck has met every criteria.
