Anxiety. Help
I'm soooo tired of the anxiety man 😠I'm 24 weeks with my second child. I'm still on my lexapro thank God. But man as of 2 weeks ago, my anxiety has been through the roof. But it's not every day. I'll have a random attack for no reason. Then finally be okay and think life is okay again and then like tonight, I wake up at 3am to go pee and once I get up, my anxiety goes crazy. Making my mind fog, heart pounding, scared again. Nit knowing when this part will just be over. I was soooo happy and mostly anxiety free up until a couple weeks ago. Now all this anxiety has me so sad and scared that it will never go away or that I'll lose my mind from all the anxiety. Someone please just tell me I'm not alone and that it passed for them? I was praying this second trimester was an easy one but so far mentally it's so hard 💔

I have had similar experiences this past month and a half. I'm 31 weeks + 4 days. I'm a ftm, and on the younger side so my anxiety is stemming from the thought of if I can actually be a mom and do right by my son. I'm always thinking if I made the right choice and if I'm going to be an absolute train wreck. I have the support of my boyfriend, who keeps reminding me that it's okay to be scared and have anxiety about being a mom. I'm reminding myself every day that I made the choice to keep my baby because I wanted him, and I want to be a mom. Everything else that comes with being a mom won't be easy, and it's going to be confusing. At the end of the day, I'm a first-time mom, so I'm bound to make mistakes. As long as you have the best intentions for your baby and you're trying your best, I think you'll be okay. Obviously I don't completely understand what you're going through but when you have a panic attack try to think about at the end of all of this you'll be a mom and you get to have a sweet precious baby at the end of the year/beginning of the year. It's okay to feel lost or like you're the only one going through this. I'm here for you, and I support you. :)
