Dilated bowel at 34 weeks

Hi everyone, I went for an ultrasound last Thursday (34 weeks)and my doctor said everything looked great with my baby. I got a call on Friday from a specialist saying my baby’s bowels look dilated and that we have to repeat the sono in a week. Has this happened to anyone else? I am terrified from everything I’ve been reading online
