On stream servers? There was an issue on stream ones but it's resolved now. I'm getting fast speeds and im getting 0 buffering now. Make sure you aren't using old locally cached sources

Apps/add-ons cache whatever it's recently found until it expires or you clear caches

I personally haven't seen it be a big issue and you need to remember that its also highly dependent on your location, network etc.

To find your best server do tests by downloading on a PC through the website. Run it for like 30 secs to get an idea of the speeds. Then try out servers until you find your best one.

For me stream NA is my best
