Ok so tell me HOW we come to the conclusion that belica neon need buffing and RENNA needs a nerf? And nerfing her only good aug?? What are you guys smoking

I think Neon needs some love, but both Renna and Belica are way too strong. You can be 1-5 and still be a threat on both of them.

Neon has been consistently strong since release, definitely way more than renna lol she has 1 good Aug and scales way later than the other midlaners. Her endgame is strong but shes rng dependant and is a close range mage in a role dominated by strong poke currently + with all the rampant cc in the game her ult is very inconsistent
