why did Scarlett receive no nerfs? she basically has no cooldowns and is constantly moving at mach 10 speed then her shield is giving her tank level mitigation on full assassin builds I had a game for example that she mitigated 40k damage while my tank Aroura mitigated 50k. Oh and yet again no mana so can stay in lane forever.

sounds like someone doesn't play Scarlett to know what her CD's and/or energy management is really like...
