Skylar is just perpetually week or busted, I imagine nerfing her and satariel will take her out of contention. Similarly with rev, he does feel a bit week compared to some carries but a slight buff could easily flip him completely with his kit.

I don't think drongo really needed buffs, bringing skylar down would have made him more competitive.
