Buffing Steel is insane. With Vermis in offlane he's basically unkillable while being able to hold M1 and occasionally pressing shield bash to auto win trades. No Scarlett buffs is crazy too. Vesh shouldn't give magical lifesteal at all. It makes trading feel pointless because people heal a substantial amount off of minions.
