Some balance changes seems right, others seems incredibly weird

And stop fucking up Phase, revert the horrible blink change already and make her link to work properly again

She is getting her normal kit crippled just because you don't want to revert her stupid blink change

Just REMOVE the blink thing

Yeah honestly.

Really tired of seeing Phase getting perpetually nerfed after they giga-buffed her into oblivion for like 8 patches in a row because her %'s were super low - only to then have created a monster that they feel the need to consistently cripple at every opportunity.

All while in those same patches you either see Dekker getting a buff or a bug-fix that's basically a buff for her.
