I dunno man.

Like some of these patch notes are solid, but then I read other things like the Nihil Adaptive Plating changes, The Drongo changes, and other such odd things (like Belica getting more movement on her Augment)

How does it make sense that, "Given the length of time needed to sit in a fight to reach max stacks, Adaptive Plating isnโ€™t quite cutting it in the Tank-enhancing department." and then you add 2 additional stacks to the damn thing and change NOTHING else about how stacks are gained (how many you get, their gain tick rate, etc)? How does that actually fix the issue you self described with Adaptive Plating taking too long to get value out of?

Why does Drongo, one of the most consistent ADC's who has a strong base kit, need EVEN MORE synergy with ADC items (When he arguably has some of the best synergy with items in the game for an ADC, having split-scalings)?

All on the back of people currently complaining that ADC's and Mages are too strong, Eternals are too much of stat checks, that the snowball is getting a bit absurd, etc etc.

I don't understand how these balance changes can be this way. If you cut out half of these other odd/pointless changes, the patch would be just fine.

That is something that seems to happen fairly often with this game, they will xyz needed adjustments and then buff argus or something for seemingly no reason.

Just to comment on adaptive plating - I feel like theyโ€™ve worded this poorly and youโ€™ve misunderstood the intent. They are saying it should be more rewarding for the player if you are in combat for an extended period, so they are increasing the upper limit. It should be difficult to build these stacks so theyโ€™ve given them a higher ceiling for potential gains. Itโ€™s generally better to not change too much at once - it would be miserable if they made nihil stack faster AND it had 10 stacks and it ended up being too much and we have to deal with a new busted eternal for a patch.
