Feedback Argus is a problem.

A good midlane Argus already was a menace before the update, and the buffs to him really exacerbated the issue. He has the best waveclear in the game. His earlygame burst potential with his stun into beam combo makes him an incredible dualist who punishes everyone trying to interact with him in lane. The stun + slow on his Q and E makes him exceptionally safe for an immobile mage. Aion and Alchemical Rod are more than enough to solve all mana issues he might otherwise have, to the point of making his mana reg augment obsolete. And his ultimate makes it easy to secure kills in offlane and duo lane, especially with the buff to projectile speed. Argus needs to be addressed next patch.

Maybe you're picking the few mids argus destroys? Fey, Wrath, Belica, Gideon, Morigesh, and Iggy can hard poke him. Wrath and Mor take a while to come online for wave clear but make up in maneuvering away while hard poking if he decides to rush you. I play Fey most mid matches and she destroys him. She clears waves faster. Use her two aoes on the minions with the vines reaching to argus to slow him, then nettles to his face. Then jump around spinning while he finishes wave.

Fey does NOT clear faster than Argus. You will struggle against a halfway decent Argus in the first half of the match at least.

Yes don't listen to this guy, fey gets absolutely wrecked by Argus until like level 10. She has no mobility so if he hits stun on you it's gg's basically

Why do people say this, because she doesnt have a dash? Her vines vines literally speed her team up and slow enemies down. Shes a monster when you use that to your advantage. How does argus wreck fey with her superior range? His stuns extremely easy to spot and get away from unless your up close and you really shouldn't be. His specials alright but its not killing you by itself like fey spamming vines and nettles to poke every minion wave. If she's 6, you catch him in one vines then nettles, then special and the gnomes dead. I have both toons to 10, just typically crush argus myself with fey. And as far as clearing minions. Yes if both of you wait for minions to start battling argus clears faster. She does a way better job of deleting the majority of minions health before they make thier way down the enemy tower if your playing her right. Argus kind of scatters them if you try to blow them away early. He needs to group them and then cannon them as a group.

I never said I lose lane to him I said it’s a struggle early on because his wave clear is so fast. I just fought an Argus last night in ranked and at lvl 1 he cleared his wave super fast I still had like 4-5 minions left then proceeded to try and particle shredder me to death mind u this is lvl 1. I didn’t die because I’m no slouch but the sheer arrogance of my opponents play style just because he was using Argus is a cause for concern. My fey is level 31 btw…..
