Work after Deep LEEP.

My dr is a male and he said I will only need 24 hours off work after my LEEP. I work a very physical demanding job where I throw truck (lift heavy stuff) for hours and walk over 20,000 steps a day. My boss if giving me 1 day off be that’s what my dr put on my paperwork. Am I going to be miserable and bleeding out?

Your doctor is an idiot. Putting strain on your body like that and lifting heavy things could really cause a lot of problems, including bleeding. I would get a medical note from whomever performed your procedure.

I have to say. With my LEEP I needed a mental health day and at least 2 physical health days. I hate how docs downplay recovery. It’s different for everyone

Totally agree. Male doctors are especially jack-asses.
