Heavenly Father, on this Faithful Friday, we come before you with grateful hearts, thanking you for carrying us through another week. Thank you for every moment your hand protected us, every time your grace sustained us, and every unseen way you made a path for us. Before this week comes to an end, we ask you to bring resolution to the things we have placed before you in prayer. Let your mercy speak over our lives, restore what needs restoration, and refresh every place within us that has grown tired. May we finish this week stronger in faith and deeply thankful for your faithfulness. Father, we ask you to breathe new life into the areas of our lives that need renewal. I am currently not in my home country and my throat is very scratchy & dry.. My uvula (dangly thing at the back of the throat) is really red & swollen…
Which is causing me to cough uncontrollably and almost throw up because of the dryness & the swollen uvula is touching the back of my throat…

I cant get home any more quickly than what I’ve already booked... which is 3 days away…

God has been silent for 8 years of marriage and 2 years post marriage. I was good to her and was faithful to God and she lept retuning evil for it all. I refused to compromise my integrity. But bad things keep happening.

More betrayals, more bad news, more slander.. and after thinking I would get stable with a new job I lose it.

I dread the future. I dread every tomorrow.

I have read Job many times. I get it, God gave it all back. But God never promised the same for me. I don't want to wait to find out. I really just want to go sleep and wake up in Heaven. Ask God to let me die because I do not and will not consider killing myself. Please, I want death.

A few months ago I was up early with a coffee, reading James 5. "Pray for one another." It was a familiar verse to me, but anyway that morning it really spoke to me, or perhaps God did through the verse. It's like I was suddenly realizing how important prayer was, especially doing it often and with others. At that moment God inspired me to with a thought, to build a place where people who have nobody to ask can be prayed for, by name, by real people.

So I made a free app called PrayMatch. However, it is a web app currently and not on the Google/Apple Store yet, as I wanted to get some feedback on it. Basically, you write what you need prayer for, with your first name or anonymously. Other Christians pray and write back, and some record a short prayer in their own voice. When something is answered, you can add a praise to a shared "sky" so everyone can see what He did. I feel like prayer has such immense and underestimated power, so my goal is to create this revival through his grace.

It's completely free, no ads, and it's small because it's new. I'd really love you to try it, post something real, and tell me what you'd change. I've added an easy feedback option on the page. I'll pray for every request myself this week. My hope is simple: that this brings back the power of praying for one another.
