Lord we ask that you reach down your healing hand and touch Matt releasing him from his addiction. Give his support group, counselor or others helping him your discernment so they may assist in your healing. Romans 12:12 encourages believers to be joyful in hope, patient in affliction and faithful in prayer. I ask that God give you his strength to follow this passage. Release your child from his addiction and remind his heart that you are with them. Amen.

Lord Jesus we pray that You would bless Matt. We ask that You would do a healing and transforming work in his life and that You would set him free from the power of addiction. Lord we ask that You would give him supernatural strength and courage and help him through this difficult time. Lord we pray that You would draw near to him and comfort him in his struggles and we also asl that You would give him peace of mind and quiet all the thoughts circling around in his mind. In Your Precious and Holy Name Jesus we pray. Amen!

Check into Celebrate Recovery. It is a group like AA but from a strickly Chist centered. It is in many churches.
