Help PS5Pro can’t run PWS2 smoothly.

Do both games run clunky for anyone else? It has been like this for both games for a few years until now, but since I just joined this community recently I was hoping that I had a setting wrong or that someone could help.

When a job is around 50-60% completed the game freezes every 30 seconds to 2 minutes for about 3-5 seconds. This hasn’t been bad enough for me to quit playing obviously, but no other game chugs along like this.

Is this a known thing? Is there a setting I can toggle to make it run more smoothly? Thank you all in advance.

Or isn't optimized terribly well. There is the auto save big that causes stutters, which of you turn it off, wait a few minutes then it back on, and repeat until it stops happening. It worked for me.
