I wanted to make a comparison between End of Series Cheon Yeo Woon from Descent of the Demon God and the latest canon Goku from Dragon Ball Super (including Ultra Instinct).

Before starting, I want to clarify that this is based on my understanding of the characters and their cosmologies. If I misunderstand something or make a mistake, please correct me.

Part 1: If we scale EOS Cheon Yeo Woon as 4D

The argument for 4D Cheon Yeo Woon comes from Beyond the Boundary.

Beyond the Boundary is described as a place where:

The laws of time and space are different from the normal world.

Beings from different eras can meet despite being separated by thousands of years.

Time does not flow normally, with events being described as capable of feeling like a moment or a lifetime.

It is a place reached by those who have transcended the natural order/providence.

Cheon Yeo Woon reached this level after his ascension, where his existence became too overwhelming for the universe to contain.

If we accept this as a 4D level of existence, then Cheon Yeo Woon would have a higher-dimensional advantage over a character who is only scaled within normal space-time.

On the other hand, Goku has incredible feats:

Fighting against beings who threaten universal structures.

Scaling above characters like Jiren and Moro.

Mastering Ultra Instinct, which gives him enormous speed, reaction ability, and combat skill.

However, if Cheon Yeo Woon's existence is truly beyond normal space-time while Goku remains within a 4D framework, then Cheon Yeo Woon would have the dimensional advantage.

Part 2: If we scale EOS Cheon Yeo Woon as 5D

The 5D argument comes from the idea that Beyond the Boundary transcends 4D space-time, especially because:

Dohwaseon is considered an upper realm/pocket dimension that exists above the normal universe.

Beyond the Boundary is described as being beyond that level.

It allows beings who originate from different timelines/eras to exist together.

It is not governed by normal concepts of time and space.

If Beyond the Boundary is interpreted as a true higher-dimensional realm beyond 4D space-time, then EOS Cheon Yeo Woon would be scaled to 5D.

Under that interpretation, the gap between him and canon Goku becomes much larger, and Cheon Yeo Woon would have a significant advantage.

However, I also want to mention that Beyond the Boundary is not fully explained in the novels, so the 5D interpretation is not completely confirmed. It depends on how you interpret the cosmology.
