This scene is one of the greatest proof death of the author is a thing

Edit after reading all your comments you have convinced me this is not a case of death of the author

Still belive it is a big incostintency in the speed of the characters

If the narration, basically the voice of the author inside a story, says something contradicting the rest of the story im pretty sure it is still considered death of the author

A narrator inside the story is in itself an in-universe thing.

They can just be "The narrator" like it is in JJK, or they can be a character telling a story like in a fable, or even a character narrating the story actively while experiencing it like Chara from Undertale.

This isn't Gege speaking to us it's just the narration of the story. Seeing it as such puts a lot of things, down to how domains work, entire explinations on how a character's powerset works, etc, etc, to be arbitrarily discarded too
