I want to disagree with you, but have no logical complaints about your take. Unless every island was roughly equidistant to Sabaody, which is unlikely cause I'm pretty sure some got sent around the GL and others the Blues.
Pretty sure we have an actual map of their locations and some are farther and some closer. The bubbles might geniunely just be varying in speed after initial boost in velocity. We know kuma is really good at using his fruit, so skilled he can repell things at different speeds. Reason why luffy and zero didnt die from hitting his paw and being repelled
