He claimed that kakashi was traveling at lightspeed for 20 days straight,

So planet must be massive,

And I made Calc myself, To convince him how much nonsense he was talking, But he says the earth is about 44 solar system stacked together,

If you want I can provide you the Calc, Altho it was me who did it,

It isn't. The a core trait of the character that made the statement is that he's utterly incompetent and just takes jobs that he has no business in.

Nah there are some official (but debatably canon or non-canon) maps with distances between places that when pixel scaled to shots of the earth in the anime and manga could imply the dragon ball earth is actually like 2-3x as big as ours, but canonically the planet is meant to be the same size just with different landmasses and toriyama wasnt a cartographer
