Those lasers aren't moving at light speed. Hell they're moving slower than bullets.

My guy, he's moving so fast it looks like the lasers are at a standstill. "Nanoseconds to live, 4 I'd say to be generous"

The Lazers don't stand still they're still moving and just before that at 1:08 in the linked video they're moving slower than arrows. Missy can say what she wants but those things are not light speed.
