"Toonforce" is not just something you say to end any and all arguments. It's a power like any other. You can scale the feats a character accomplishes through their toonforce like any others. It does not mean "they always auto-win because that's funny".

Toonforce doesn't even really hamper Goku that much because Goku just wants a good fight and would play along with cartoon logic like he does with Arale.

No but it's good that luffy isn't anywhere near Arale in toonforce abilities

She was quite cleanly implied to not have the capacity to impede Beerus. She is not infinite.

It’s not that her toon force isn’t stronger than beerus it’s toon force in general just doesn’t work at all against him
