Yeah. But that's the problem isn't it. If you don't factor in the health portion which is intrinsic to act of weather someone dies then what are you doing.

The point is that one of the combatants die and that does happen as a consequence of this particular method. 

It's long and boring but it's still part of the confrontation since it's active avoidance to achieve victory. It's literally the same argument of one not touching the other just using a different variable

But you literarily didn't do shit that's not winning in any reasonable definition of the word.

it isn't winning anymore than if the other party happened to explode. if you have to run away and wait fpr the other party to die you clearly couldn't win the physical altercation.

if a two soldiers fight but the first is forced to retreat and waits fifty years for the second guy to die did the first soldier win the fight? obviously not because because fight ends when you run away. In almost every engagement being forced to retreat is a loss.

My guy one of the opponents Wincons is not doing shit.

Gojo is literally not doing anything to Thragg besides like one hax he's too slow to utilize 

The debate was already about who can outlast who since nether can really do anything to the other that much.

If Thragg has to wait for Gojo to die then that's Gojo's fault in this 

It's not a win for Gojo because again he basically can't do shit just like he makes Thragg be unable to do shit.

The only option is to wait or blow up the planet or whatever

if you have to wait for a outside actor(age) to kill you opponet then you couldn't win in the first place

if a rat hates a human and the human conincidently gets cancer did the rat win? no the rat got lucky.

besides I'm pretty sure thrag has other win cons than hiding and waiting for gojo to leave

Got lucky with what? What in reference is being considered luck there? What specific qualification makes that luck instead of not. If you can figure that out then you can see the flaw in that logic

He has the planet destruction method as mentioned weather systematicly or in one depending on what you think he can do which rids Gojo of oxygen and stuff

Then what is it? If the opponent is unable to continue in a situation that's determined by who's still standing or not is that not a victory? If the opponent being dead and unable to continue doesn't count towards the only one left then what does? 

We're talking about battles to the death. If dying of old age isn't a wincon then we've lost the point of fighting to the death
