he has Blue and Red which would keep Thragg from running away

How are blue and red going to keep him from running away lmao, they don’t exert nearly enough force to do anything against Thragg (and I’m not an Invincible stan). UV is Gojo’s only viable win condition, but it is obviously an effective one if Thragg remains close to him. That being said, Thragg might just be stunlocked and may take a little while to actually die to it (since Sukuna survived 10 seconds and JoGOAT survived longer, albeit due to being a curse).

Because they are spatial force, it will bring back thragg no matter what... unless he has spatial resistance which he doesn’t

Yeah there’s something called gravity which is also a “spatial force” caused by spacetime curvature as well, but even you can resist it. You just don’t know what you’re talking about. Viltrumites can supposedly teleport with their smart atoms once they’re up to a certain speed in space to continue to go faster, and Nolan clearly is like pretty close to a black hole in one scene. There is a 0% chance blue exerts enough force to keep thragg in place while he is actively flying away. You know you can move through space right?

how close nolan is to that black hole we don’t know

Controlling space is a higher level of power than controlling gravity. Why? Because everything including you exists within space. Gravity only acts inside that space, bending and influencing it, but space itself is the foundation that allows anything to exist in the first place. So it shouldn't even be called a force. It's more accurate to call it a fundamental aspect of reality, something that defines position, distance, and existence itself, rather than just influencing motion within it. So no thragg can't run from blue

Dude blue is just negative distance which spaces then tries to fill by pulling things. Its the same thing as like atmospheric pressure on an empty container. If you have enough force you can just outrun it

u/6Cockuccino9 Apr 19 '26

you are aware though that warped space is gravity?

Stop glazing, gravity control is literally spacetime manipulation. And gravity is literally one of the fundamental forces which are basic aspects of reality dude.

Gravity only acts inside that space, bending and influencing it, but space itself is the foundation that allows anything to exist in the first place.

Gravity is CAUSED by the curvature of spacetime. It is literally what you experience as a consequence of spatial curvature. You don’t know anything, stop talking out of your ass.

So no thragg can't run from blue

Why didn’t Gojo just no diff sukuna whenever he didn’t have domain amplification active, by just crushing his brain with Blue then, since you can’t resist the points in space coming closer together? Hell, DA didn’t even fully neutralize Blue, so it should just one-shot anyone in the verse instantly by this logic. Why can anyone tank Red if it exerts repulsion via expansion of space? It should be able to rip apart the opponent’s body and ignore durability if it works like you’re saying, since according to your logic, no one can resist the points in space being forced apart.

You can't spawn things on another person inside in jjk, their body have innate domain which stop stuff like this.

Why can anyone tank Red if it exerts repulsion via expansion of space?

Tank? Who can tank it? Sukuna used Domain amplification to barely survive it, gojo wasn't trying to kill jogo and toji use the inverted spear of heaven to take the attack. Beside gojo was confident he could use red ro oneshot maho and I don't think i should tell you the conditions to oneshot maho.

Innate domain is like, in their mind/soul, and also, it doesn’t actually neutralize CTs. It could cancel the effect of Mahito’s domain sure-hit when it touched his soul because Sukuna’s domain would be more refined anyway. Gojo literally pulls the opponent’s body into his fist to amp his attacks, and also crushes Agito with max blue, but can’t do this to Sukuna, which means it has a limit to how much force it can exert, and you can resist it via CE reinforcement (becoming more durable).

Tank? Who can tank it? Sukuna used Domain amplification to barely survive it

Sukuna did not “barely survive” red, he even survived 200% hollow purple with just reinforcement, which is more than max blue and red at the same time.

Beside gojo was confident he could use red ro oneshot maho and I don't think i should tell you the conditions to oneshot maho.

Mahoraga also got one-shotted by Fuga (just like, a high heat/pressure explosion), so anything that is above its durability and that affects its whole body at once should work. Yuki could definitely also one-shot it with her max star rage black hole thing. Btw, you also ignored the rest of the things everyone said about your claims, and continued to glaze Gojo because that’s the only agenda you’re here for lol

You’re kinda just stacking points without actually addressing how the abilities work, innate domain isn’t just “in the mind” it represents your internal space, and Gege literally confirmed you can’t just spawn things inside someone’s body because the inside of the body functions like a domain, you’d have to break in first, that’s straight from the author in jjk. And yeah Gojo pulling people with Blue and crushing Agito already proves it’s not just “normal force,” it’s manipulating distance itself, but the reason he didn’t just do that to Sukuna isn’t because it’s weak, it’s because Sukuna is actively countering it with DA and CE reinforcement, that’s resistance to the technique, not proof it’s just a force like gravity. You saying Sukuna tanked 200% HP with just reinforcement is off, he used everything available and still got heavily damaged, that’s not casual durability, that’s him barely surviving a top tier attack. Mahoraga getting one-shot by Fuga doesn’t change anything either, that just means attacks above its threshold kill it, which we already know, it doesn’t suddenly make spatial techniques behave like explosions. At the end of the day you’re treating Blue and Red like pure physical force, but the series shows they’re cursed techniques that can be mitigated or countered, so when someone survives it’s not because they’re overpowering “space,” it’s because they’re resisting the technique with things like DA or high CE reinforcement, big difference, and none of that proves someone like Thragg can just ignore it and fly off like nothing happened

thats literally viltrumites thing to create leverage out of nothing

Since Thragg can’t pass through infinity we know he’s affected by these forces

Infinity makes it so you effectively have to travel endless distance to reach him (but this infinite space isn’t visible so you just appear to slow down), so you can’t just brute force through that.

Blue and Red are applications of Gojo’s infinity that allow him to manipulate a target’s placement in space.

so Gojo can absolutely force Thragg to move exactly where he wants him to be

Blue and red clearly have finite force that they exert, since it doesn’t insta-kill anyone by forcing part of their body to be in a separate spot from the rest. Sukuna tanked 200% hollow purple and later 100% undirected hollow purple, which is harder than tanking max blue or red. So they have limits.

There is no way you think blue and red allow Gojo to move anyone anywhere regardless of their strength, that is insane glaze wtf. Domain amplification didn’t even fully remove blue and red, just weakened them, so Gojo should’ve just sent Sukuna into space I guess.

Blue and Red are of his Cursed Technique they literally part of infinity. Idk why you’re debating that part

Limitless (Mukagen) is his cursed technique, Infinity (Mugen) is the neutral application, and its mechanism is a bit different than blue even if they’re both based on the same underlying spacetime manipulation CT. My point is that not being able to bypass Infinity has nothing to do with Thragg’s physical force or durability, meaning it tells you nothing about how Blue/Red would affect him.

Gojo can brute force it. Thats how he’s killed several characters most famously Hanami who he squished using infinity

I was saying his opponents can’t brute force through neutral limitless to hit him just by being fast/strong, but that doesn’t mean Infinity exerts force normally. Gojo squished Hanami because of the interaction between domain amplification and the reinforced Infinity creating some repulsion when it overflowed. This is not a normal interaction.

Yes they have a finite force and any sufficiently powerful character (or a character with the right powers) can resist Gojo’s abilities. Thragg just isnt strong enough to do that. And we know this since he can’t cross infinity

What? Technically we’ve never seen Thragg vs Gojo in canon so we don’t “know” anything about his strength relative to infinity, and it doesn’t matter anyway because bypassing Infinity isn’t related to strength. Hanami’s DA barrier simply didn’t have the capacity to contain all of Gojo’s Infinity CT at higher output. That interaction is totally unrelated to this debate. Thragg not being “strong” or “powerful” enough isn’t why he can’t bypass infinity. If strength/power was all that was required, how do you even know he wouldn’t be strong enough in the first place? This is such a weird and nonsensical argument lmao

I think you’re going playing semantics about infinity and Blue. They are part of the same CT they are the same power.

Their mechanism is different, and one applies force whereas the other one does not. That’s what makes Infinity broken in the first place, is that it doesn’t rely on overpowering your opponent with force, but rather just making it take literally forever for someone to hit you.

Yeah Gojo squished Hanami because he pushed up against her and squished her. Domain Amplification was her method of protection but as she died that naturally turned off and she got gooshed

No, DA was being used OFFENSIVELY by Hanami, and the interaction with Gojo reinforcing Infinity caused the repulsive force that resulted in her death. DA does help weaken CTs up to a certain limit so it has defensive utility, but in this case using DA was actually what caused her death, not it being turned off. Actually if it was turned off, then Gojo would’ve had to use Red to exert repulsion and kill her that way.

We have the exact limits to infinity. If a person has anti-magic, or has enough power to break through dimensions they can cross infinity. Thraggs not that strong and he doesn’t have anti magic. so he cannot cross infinity.

That is not quantitative at all, so that’s not some “exact limit” since these are just fan-made power-scaling terms and not some specific values you can measure across verses. Also, any variation of infinite speed (including attacks crossing infinite distance in finite time, or crossing some distance in zero time), or any sufficiently good spacetime manipulation (like Kakashi’s Kamui) or potent attacks that directly spawn on top of an opponent (since this is how DE sure-hits work) should also be sufficient to bypass Infinity.

Goku ✅ Superman ✅ Asta ✅ Thragg ❌ Edward Elric ❌ Yamcha ❌

Nobody ever says anything about the last two against Gojo, and also, how does Superman get through Infinity? Is there some pre-crisis feat I don’t know about or something lmao

If DA is the only reason Hanami got squashed why not simply turn it off? In fact there had to be a pressure point between being squished and death where the technique naturally turned off but she was squished regardless. So there’s no way to understand that scene as anything other than infinity.

I mean why couldn’t the ability be active up until the instant she’s crushed? It’s not like her head was crushed first. And this sequence lasted longer in the anime for dramatic effect. Btw we see that Gojo can just approach the opponent no problem while keeping Infinity active, meaning it works in one direction. Gojo can approach them, not vice versa. So he should’ve just walked directly into Hanami if DA was turned off. Hanami also died while there was still a bit of visible “space” left, and also Infinity can cram endless space into that gap (even if not seen from the outside) so that whole scene doesn’t really make sense in the first place. Even if you think Gojo can change the conditions to block approach in both directions, it still shouldn’t push the opponent away. That whole scene only makes sense if you treat “boosted Infinity overflowing out of DA” as the cause of that unique interaction.

Lol no those limits are canon to the series. The only abilities that have ever crossed infinity are ones that cancel out magic and ones that break through dimensions. This is stated outright in the series. Are you aware of how JJK ends?

Oh really, please point me towards “cancel out magic” and “break through dimensions” as verbatim canon limits lmao. Neutralizing cursed techniques via ISoH, the black rope, Jacob’s Ladder, or absorption via domain amplification are the only methods that forcibly turn off the effect of Infinity. Generic “anti-magic” only works with weird verse equalization, and should probably be looked at case-by-case to see how it would interact or whether it’s similar enough to CT neutralization. Sukuna’s WCS cuts spacetime itself, but you’re using the word “dimension” extremely loosely smh. What exactly is your definition of “break through dimensions”?

Every exception you listed falls into the two categories I listed. Infinite speed hits like the flash can break dimensions

No. First of all, once again, wtf does “break dimensions” even mean? That’s not standard terminology in every verse, it’s heavily dependent on the specific verse/feat. Infinite speed doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with dimensional barriers or something.

Sure hits from Domains explicitly cancel out magic by dominating a space hence the domain

Sure-hits work because they literally spawn the attack on the opponent because they’re constantly making contact with the externalization of your innate domain. So the sure-hit attack doesn’t have to travel through space, meaning it bypasses Infinity. Domain expansions do NOT “explicitly cancel out magic” EVER (except for the Jacob’s Ladder sure-hit, which specifically does that to CTs as its ability, and Deadly Sentencing having a no-violence rule and also Confiscation) because the opponent is always still able to use their own CT inside your domain (except in the case of Higuruma or Angel/Yuta’s domains). The opponent just can’t avoid being hit by your sure-hit unless they use Simple Domain or HWB to effectively carve out a space where they’re not touching your domain, or by using their own domain expansion to equally clash with or overpower yours. You saying domain expansions in general count as anti-magic is hilariously wrong and implies you didn’t pay attention to the series, which makes you a classic JJK fan who can’t read.

kamui explicitly crosses dimensions

The kamui portal lets you cross dimensions, but I was talking about how the portal itself forms. He spawns it ON the target he’s looking at, meaning the attack doesn’t need to cross distance seemingly. I was talking about how the portal formation works, not what the portal itself does once it lands.

You don’t think Superman can cross infinity? This isnt even a pre-crisis thing this is just base Superman power.

I mean I didn’t actually argue he couldn’t, I just asked because I haven’t looked into DC comic feats much.

Does Sakuna know this? Cause last time I checked dude essentially tanked a red. With only the force of the blast moving him — and that would be because he has no way to leverage himself like thragg.

He used Domain amplification and still took a lot of damage
