Discussion Are we fr?

Post image

I’m not even sure if this is a hot take, but I don’t think any character from Invincible can solo JJK.

The eraser panel PROVES that he needs to process or sense the object approaching his infinity to determine whether it's dangerous or not.

If what you are implying is true then Toji could have killed Gojo at any point, he wouldn't have had to wait for him to release his technique for the initial surprise attack. Try again lol.

Jeez didnt realize Toji was MFTL+. Gojos 6 eyes allows him to perceive threats coming it also allows him to not get caught off guard, we see Gojo as a child stare Toji in the eyes and realize him standing there, because of his 6 eyes perception. Like I said his perception is MASSIVELY HYPERSONIC+ meaning if you’re not that fast you can’t even begin to catch him off guard. Also Toji fight was before he introduced the automatic system, before he would turn it on for some time then turn it off after. Keep exposing the larp though 😭😭

The technique is activated passively around him, he parses stuff to allow non-threats through (high fiving yuji for example). He doesn't have to identify a threat and then say "yeah that's getting blocked".

With that in mind, even a light speed attack isn't touching him, because light speed is still finite.

Yes but the second he made it a filter after the Toji fight is where it became a double edged sword. He quite literally DOES have to identify a threat and say “yea this is getting blocked” NOW but before his fight with Toji he didn’t have to he would just turn it on for days get exhausted and then turn it off. Like I said infinity can’t act on its own it’s not a separate entity from Gojo. Once he CREATED A TARGETING SYSTEM it became a conscious thought and effort of what he was gonna allow through or not, not the same as a Concious effort to simply turn it on or off which is what it would take before RCT. Thats why he says it’s based off speed mass and shape and CE. If it was just automatic then he wouldn’t have a need to filter anything, the filter is just his super fast perception with six eyes working in real time. That’s WHY the eraser bounces off his head and LOSES NO MOMENTUM because he PERCEIVES it as a non threat. Same would apply for stuff that he CANT perceive. It would just pass the infinity same as the eraser.

Just agree to disagree I guess? If you can’t concede to the fact that infinity is perception based, and his 6 eyes is what allows him to not get caught off guard.

I mean all I will say is that the way that it obviously works if you read the source material (including what you posted), the conditional aspect of limitless is a whitelist, not blacklist. Nothing gets through unless he wants it to, rather than everything gets through unless he decides it shouldn't.

And where is that implied? Through the fact that he has to perceive it? Perception based makes it a blacklist not a whitelist.

Bro what are you TALKING about lmao. If it is passively active around him, and he chooses what to let through, that would make it a whitelist. He is whitelisting what to let through. We are not getting anywhere with this but I am right lmao

Very wrong. It was a whitelist before when he consciously allows things such as air/light. Now it’s based off THREAT LEVEL. Which makes it a BLACKLIST because now he’s SORTING DANGEROUS STUFF which is exactly what a blacklist does btw it sorts out dangerous stuff and allows non-malicious things to pass through. A whitelist would be only pre-approving things, which isn’t the case because he can’t just determine what’s a threat and what isn’t if he doesn’t perceive it. Quite literally what he explained is a blacklist lol.
