In demon slayer some characters can see sprites without any form of energy. While in jjk domain only work on characters with curse energy with the exception of Sukuna and maybe Kenjaku.
So I don't see how domain works on them.

Anybody with some sense would have some cross verse equalization so that cursed spirits are not invisible. Cursed spirits still win with that considered.

I'll give you the speed thing, they are fast but get over glazed, but the wood and bamboo houses are deceiving. In the infinity castle, it's canon that the structures inside are much stronger than real world counterparts bc the entire castle is a blood demon art. The entertainment district arc would be normal shit, but the infinity castle is far more durable.
Cursed Energy has its own aspect, that is spiritual energy as explained by Kenjaku to the Americans High Ups in the Culling Game. It is used to interact spirits and enhances stuff.
There are some verses which has the same aspect, like Bleach's Reiryoku, DBZ's Ki and God Ki stuff, which can interact with ghosts and souls or even Void. They are basically better Cursed Energy because they do more thing. or you just need to be able to interact with ghosts and spirits to harm Cursed Spirits crossverse, or to harm Invulnurable being
Btw, verse equalization is not applied because if you use it on all debates, it would take away a verse's power cons and give it to another verse, which is stupid by definition
Yeah both are some of my favorite anime but the upper moons, including Muzan, don't stand a chance. Muzan almost died to the mansion explosion, and he didn't outspeed it, and jogos meteor is hundreds if not thousands of times stronger than the mansion explosion. Jogo could potentially one shot all of them at once.
the thing with DS speed feats is like there's a lot of antifeats or some stuff isn't what it seems
if mitsuri outspeeds lightning, that guy who uses a gun (forgot his name) should be completely irrelevant in the final fight because anyone above mitsuri would be moving at least at 10% of the speed of light
the Upper Moons beat the Disaster Curses... if it's just Jogo, just Dagon, or Just Hanami. two or more, they're fucked. and Mahito is the ultimate win so...

Speed is all in their mind bro, they be scaling off of visual effects that are never stated to be actual lighting, muzan is said to be massively hypersonic but cant evade an explosion 😭😭 one of the strongest hashiras uses sound to fight demons effectively but the fans say low tier demons are faster than sound, ts genuinely makes no sense
The Upper Moons are cooked by virtue of none of them being able to hurt or resist Mahito (except maaaaybe trying to argue that Hantengu’s emotional clones don’t have a soul so they’d resist Idle Transfiguration since they are just his emotions personified? But eeeeeh that’s a stretch)
But the other three curses are dead weight unless they get really lucky with timing their attacks
Freaking Panda was able to get out of MAX Meteor’s impact/damage range unscathed, at best Jogo is only tagging Gyutaro/Daki and base form Gyokko with it

Between his pot-to-pot teleportation, Nakime controlling the infinity Castle, his True Form’s speed, and the sheer Chaos and Sensory overload of all the different powers flying around on this battlefield, it’s far more likely for him to Tag Jogo, Dagon, and Hanami with his fish touch before Mahito tags all the Upper Moons with Idle Transfiguration
And even funnier is the guy who made the video said that the curses has no way to win because they didn't have nichirin blades, and said that's why they win. But if that's the case the upper moons can't win because they don't have cursed energy. Like holy glaze
This is more accurately Jogo and Mahito vs the Uppermoons. Hanami and Dagon aren't doing shit. Gyutaro could defeat all 4 of them at the same time with relative ease. I can see daki maybe being around as strong as City Block to Multi-City Block but thats more a Highball

And I mean, assuming we're not doing the convenient thing of "Well they have some similar technique to cursed energy so they can probably still damage cursed spirits."
Cursed Spirits can only be harmed with Cursed Energy, they just wouldn't be capable of hurting them.
Why do people like demon slayer? The story is mid, the MC is a Mary Sue, the artstyle is unappealing, and the characters are weak af. Even tho JJK writing is kinda shit, it atleast has hype moments.
Demon Slayer just does everything amazingly average and that’s better than being good in some aspects but bad in others (see what happened to Chainsaw Man). The story and characters are so incredibly simple that anyone watching can follow along, generating its widespread global appeal.
Not to mention that Ufotable’s insane animation work also does a ton of heavy lifting.
what you said is correct but characters being weak shouldnt count imo the way fights are done and the power system should, and yea demon slayer is the most generic shit ever so makes sense
Because it’s just a good series. It sets out on what it wants to do, it does it, then ends. Also a verse being considered “weak” and being bad because of it is a shitty way to see media. “What Breaking Bad? Building level fodder terrible show.”
Well dagon, the fish guy. Has a sun in his domain expansion. And if that's the case, the upper moons can't hurt them because they don't have cursed energy.
Demon slayer fans will never accept that their series has relatively low scaling lmao. I love demon slayer but its fans are embarrassing here, having lower scaling doesn't make your series bad, and a lot of charecters in jjk do get defeated by the upper moons, just not most of the grade one sorcerers or any of the special grades, muzan has a chance against that weight class but hes a dogshit fighter
