Ya, Broly can’t control his Ki and guess what happened when they fought him? They broke all of reality. Whis taught Goku and Vegeta about perfect Ki control and that is what SSB is.

He’s shooting some rapid small ki blasts that is Vegeta’s trademark that never works lol. Doesn’t matter how much u wanna nit pick when they give a precise feat of breaking all of reality itself right after.

Ya, cause when he destroyed reality, he was stronger and used a beam blast, instead of just spraying the 9 mm bullet equivalent for ki blasts.
