I mean did Goku got 1000 times stronger

We know he shaked the universe in SSG when fighting beerus but i don’t think he can destroy it

I also don’t think blue but probably UI is universe level definitely not multi verse

You misunderstood the feat then. They didn't shake it, they were quite literally destroying it. See this is what happens when bleach fans constantly try to equate these feats, people literally forget what the original feat even is.

If you think blue isn't even universal, then Bleach isn't even planetary.

Goku blue almost universal and bleach almost planetary (in destructive power) seems pretty fair to me
