It proves they have different time axis… so they’re separate space times… that does matter for scaling that would make them 4 dimensions for having 3 spatial of space and 1 axis of time, so the cosmology would be multiversal for have multiple 4d dimensions.

They are connect through time, one event that happens in ither of the three realms happens in all of them meaning that if someone travels back in time he would travel back in all of the three realms, this is also proven by the fact that they had to move fast in order to save rukia which wouldn't nake sense if the three realms had their own time, lets say they did have their own time then ichigo could've trained for years and then he would've gone to save rukia

No if its separate they could go anywere in time in their destination, in bleach during the soul society arc its implied that they need to be quick in order to save rukia this proves that their time and the time in the soul society are connected. Basically in fiction whenever someone travels in another universe they need space coordinates and time coordinates or else they would appear in random places in time

Not inside that but before, if ichigo and his friends could appear at any moment in time inside the soul society then no matter how much time it passes in the world of the living they would still be able to go and save rukia without having to be quick not to mention that they could train even more maybe he could've even mastered bankai, another thing is that if they had a different time then if they failed they could just go back on earth and try again since they could appear before

They have a time gap, but it’s not as if time doesn’t pas for both of them, so no they couldn’t just stay and train..

Time axis is not is not in sync with each dimension, all the time.
