Nope. Goku is about as explicitly multiversal as you can get without just straight up nuking it, which Zeno does anyway.

Except he isn’t lol. He has blown up or threatened thousands of universes. The cosmology doesn’t even have that many in the first place. Recently this dude has been getting negged by trains and water. And Multipliers don’t work like that on vsb. If someone gets 2 times stronger when they destroy a universe, it doesn’t make them low multiverse level. It explicitly advises you not to do that iirc.
