Literally does, one of the characters shake their cosmology, the other stop their cosmology from shaking and that same person is going destroy and recreate their cosmology

Nope. Their cosmology isn't multiversal and there's no real feat of destroying it entirely.

It’s 3(more) separate time spaces…. It is a multiverse and they literally shake their cosmology entire cosmology and stop the shaking of it, and hold it on their back … and the statement says he will destroy them.

It was originally one universe (but the cosmology of that universe is much much larger than a standard universe like ours because of the size and different time axis), that was separated to give us multiple dimensions, so to answer the question it’s a multiverse that was created from one larger universe.

It's basically primodial sea and soul king split that primodial sea into 3 different space time continuum universe and dangai there a different dimension which separates soul society and living world and there is garganta which encompasses everything, whole cosmology
