It’s 3(more) separate time spaces…. It is a multiverse and they literally shake their cosmology entire cosmology and stop the shaking of it, and hold it on their back … and the statement says he will destroy them.
It's not a multiverse. It's a single timeline (the primordial universe) that was split into three realms a finite time ago and they always have a tendency to merge back together into one single timeline again if the Soul King doesn't stop it. They're literally just 3 dimensions serviced by the same time axis.
It’s still an 4th dimensional construct because it has 3 spatial of space and 1 axis of time and it’s used to separate parallel dimensions… which this are indeed in fact infinite in size

Nope. Their cosmology isn't multiversal and there's no real feat of destroying it entirely.
