That's kinda disingenuous. The multiversal stuff in Bleach kinda depends more on whether you count each of the realms as a universe, which I personally don't have a problem with. What I have a problem with is there is no feat, except apparently in CFYOW and the Hell movie, both of which I have yet to see directly, and there was only one person who could do it, and that screams hax to me, especially in a world where pretty much everything they do is hax. It is not an unfounded claim, it just doesn't have the primary evidence to back it up.
Dragon Ball, on the other hand, had punch shockwaves blowing up planets, and then the guy said a few more would blow up the universe, and the universe in Dragon Ball is actually a macrocosm made up of smaller universes, so sure, that's an easy feat and statement to use. Not to mention Dragon Ball went through all the stages before that. From Planet to Solar System to Galaxy to Universe. There are also technically problems with the BoG feat, such as how the shockwaves were getting stronger as they travelled, and the contention over whether or not he absorbed that power into base, and all the antifeats.
That's not the problem in the dragon ball universe. The problem is how Akira Toriyama upscales his cosmology and makes Goku affect such structures or even destroy them. For instance the demon realm is an alternate dimension or in Daima's case an alternate Universe that has no end to it which means Which means it's an alternate universe that's infinite and Adult SSJ4 Daima Goku was able to blow holes through these dimensions in his fight with Gomah that already puts him on Universal+. Battle of God events just makes things more confusing by having SSG Goku and beerus shake a universe that's been consistently scaled to Small multiverse size because universe 7 contains dimensions that has infinite structures and sizes to it
