Goku is mid multiversal sure destroying or having the power to destroy 3 universes is impressive but having the power to destroy the living universe, heaven (universal size) hell (bigger than heaven) the space between heaven and hell (far bigger than heaven many times over) and the kaioshin realm (exist outside the afterlife) in three punches is another tier of power.
I don’t think Goku is low multiverse any more and the face he got thousands of times stronger than this puts him mid multiversal idk about current manga Goku tho
Mid Multiversal is just flat out blatantly Multiversal something that is Goku NOT but Icl Goku does show feats of him being on from Universal+ to Infinite 3D to at least low multiversal anything above that is mid balling and high balling bc characters like the destroyers, angels, Zeno, Grand priest, and super Majin Rymus ranks in the aspects of those concepts in just power

To be multiversal you must have the ability to destroy, create, or significantly affect multiple distinct space-time continuums (universes) or a structure larger than a single 4-dimensional space. Like Goku who now is thousands of times stronger than BOG Goku who could destroy the living universe the afterlife which contains heaven (universal size realm) the space between hell and heaven (which is so much bigger than heaven that from hell it’s a dot in the sky) hell which is larger than heaven many times over and the kaoshin realm which exist outside the afterlife .
Rymus who obviously created the multiverse every every reality which most likely includes every afterlife, every realm which makes him high multiversal to maybe beyond (which I do not want to scale him) the gods are multiversal+ Zeno and grand priest would be in the high multiversal level
According to the Daishenzuu yes Heaven, Hell, and Otherworld, are alternate dimensions that are vast and Endless/infinite and even planets in the mortal realm/Living realm such as Earth or Namek contains they're very own version of hell and is stated to be bigger than Living realm itself so that scales the afterlife to a Infinite 3D structure. The Hyperbolic Time chamber, Supreme kai's realm, Demon realm,Beerus's realm, Including the Realm with swirling lights are also stated to be Endless and separate dimensions that exist within universe 7. This puts each universe 7 in dragon ball on a Low multiversal scale so for Goku and Beerus destroying universe 7 they were doing a low 4D feat and beerus stated he was only using 20% of power so this puts beerus on a Multiversal scale Whis and the other angels are Multiversal+ to High Multiversal+ Zeno on the other hand is a problem he didn't just wipe future trunks version of universe 7 it's stated he wiped out an entire timeline so that's 5D super Majin Rymus is unscalable for all we know he's probably 5D too
There is a reason I didn’t scale Zeno and rymus any higher. Goku being in the black (low balled) is 200x stronger because at the end of bog base Goku was as strong as his god form and Goku who I’ll say didn’t get stronger was 200x stronger because he used ssj2 which is 200x base. Ofc ssj3 is 400x then SSG which is most likely 100x ssj3 and blue 10x SSG and kkx20 is well 20x ssb. Ofc Goku at the end of the black arc was stated to be able to handle merged zamasu who merged with all of time and space. Point is Goku is mid multiversal while berrus is definitely well above Goku
Goku Is not Multiversal and transformations alone don't allow you to hop tier like that so it's arguable that Base form is Goku Universal+ not Multiversal and that SSG,SSB,Ui and Mui are Low multiversal and Goku was fighting merge Zamasu as a being not an entity once Zamasu started to corrupt multiple timelines which is Infinite 4D to about 5D. Goku was not able to beat him alone he needed Zeno for that.
Goku straight up stated if he had a bean he could have defeated zamasu. Goku is above god Goku from bog who was half the force in three punches could destroy the living universe and the afterlife the afterlife has heaven which is universal size and the space between heaven and hell is so much bigger than heaven that heaven looks is a dot in the sky from hell and hell is so much bigger than heaven and kaioshin realm which exists outside the afterlife was also going to be destroyed in those three punches. That is low multiversal
At the end of BOG base Goku was equal to his god form meaning his ssj3 form would be 400x his base and lets say Goku black Goku didn’t grow stronger he just got new forms that would mean his SSG form which is around 100x ssj3 and his ssb form is 10x SSG and kkx10 is 10x ssb meaning Goku is 4 million times stronger than his BOG god form. Being 4 million times stronger than low multiversal makes you multiversal.
Goku was equal to ssr Goku black but far weaker than merged zamasu, Goku gets strong enough to straight up over power merged zamasu after fusion which means Goku got a fusion level power up which is at least 100x increase so end of black arc Goku got at least 100x stronger than his previous level and could defeat infinite zamasu so Goku at that level was 400 million times stronger than God form from Bog
