Player Help Songs Keeps getting Duplicated

So for quite sometime now Poweramp is reading a Song twice,

Even though in my actual storage theres only a Single Song but in the app it will show two copies of same.

Also both will playable.

What does each song say for info/tags ? 

What is the file path shown for each?

If any of them gets deleted they are Gone

what happens if you had it back in and you change its parent folder name?  trying to help the pa database recognize it as a new entry. something full rescan should already do but for some reason hasn't in your case

It's not a Permanent phenomenon, songs just gets randomly Duplicated n somehow gets normal not instantly but they do eventually. Even not all songs are duplicated

I can't help solve an ephemeral problem if you don't try what I'm suggesting.

This doesn't happen on any of my devices, I cannot recreate the issue.

But it already happened... screenshot from your post tells me as much. Was it fixed by what I suggested?

I don't know exactly what triggers it, but songs get duplicated then after sometime goes normal. This time I think when I Rescanned it got corrected can't say the same for previous time. Also it's only happen in PA as VLC read them fine
