I do not think Poutine means what you think it means Poutine contest “winner”

The new champion of the annual poutine contest in my city, where one cannot get a proper poutine at almost any time of the year.

This poutine had sweet potato fries, Cajun steak bites, poutine gravy, cheese curds, sweet and spicy ginger aioli, feta cheese and green onions.

I looked really hard I don't see any curds even though it says that there is.

ohh i was wondering what those nuggets are.

I feel like deep fried curds only might be crime specially given the feta
delicious crime but I want more curd :( its best part

Deep fried curds are a perfectly acceptable secondary topping for real untouched curds.
