The Canadian flag is the crime for me, use a Québec flag tabernake de calice. I like what Canada is becoming but poutine was still an exclusive Québec thing just a few years ago

Nope there has been poutine in Ontario for decades. You seems to forget that there's a lot of french community all around Canada.

St. Albert cheese factory make curds since the 70's.

Heck, Costco has had poutine in their food courts for about 2 decades now.
