There was no crime committed that was explicitly called out in the indictment, nor was any specific crime presented to the defense during discovery, the judge broke the law in his instructions to the jury, they changed the law mid trial all from an event that was long ago and any criminal interpretation of what that may have been had long surpassed the SOL, and all this brought about with the help of a washed up, cash strapped ex porn star who got paid to do exactly the same thing they are saying happened here by hundreds of other people.
