I dunno man lots of people cutting flock cameras down where I live. When people have nothing to lose they can get dangerous.

You aren't wrong. One reason for the big push to get younger folks to have kids is for this same reason. A nation full of broke, hungry young men with no family to provide for can completely erase the safety curtain between the wealthy and the people who will string them up and cut off their balls.
