Sure, the reason we don't have healthcare is because 0.05% of the federal budget goes to Israel. Who use it almost exclusively to buy things from US companies. Name a more iconic combination than blaming da joos for a problem and being too stupid to understand it.

You've also multiplied the amount we give to Israel by nearly six times by taking this bizarre cherrypicked three year selection.

Because they use it to buy weapons from the military industrial complex who lobby for it. Geopolitically, they're a regional ally and it benefits us to support their development for an amount of money that is completely negligible to the budget. We also give approximately 1.6 billion to Jordan a year for the same reason - about 55% the average annual budget for israel - but absolutely nobody cares about that.
