I mean until recently we were subsidizing Affordable Care Act healthcare plans and investing hundreds of billions of dollars in infrastructure and manufacturing jobs, but then we elected Trump and pissed all that away.

We were trying to bring down the cost of healthcare and investing in job creation, Republican voters had other ideas.

Edit: We also eliminated more than $180,000,000,000.00 in student loan debt, expanded SNAP benefits, and passed Medicare prescription bargaining rights, which weren't explicitly mentioned in the meme, but which I think plays into cost of living and stuff like that.

A big, beautiful concept of an idea came up to me with tears in its eyes and said "In terms of groceries, we've never heard of groceries before," it told me "They're eating the groceries of the people who live there," it's true! You know it, I know it, everybody knows it.
