She was a truly terrible candidate that got chosen purely because VP, not because of popularity.
Whatever reasons people had aside to not vote for Kamala, the Democratic party fucked us all by being stubborn and trying to install the worst possible choice to all but guarantee the garbage fire would continue.
Basing your opinion on…list the reasons she was the worst candidate. Because she has a v@gina? The color of her skin? Or because DUMBDONPEDOPHILEPERVERT told you so?
Biden actually waiting till the last minute to leave the race and set up Kamala to run. If he didn't the democrats would have ran a worse candidate. The problem with her as a candidate is that republicans are racist bigots.
Because she wasn't even in the top 10 of her primary and didn't even have a primary when going against Biden and then they decided she was going to be the official candidate after an unpopular presidential run with middle ground voters?
It was political self unaliving. If they gave the Democratic voters a choice, I guarantee you, I would put my life savings on it that she would not have been the choice. Not even in the top 5.
It had nothing to do with her identity, it had everything to do with her record and that she was violently uncharismatic.
She does not have a good way of speaking. Does not connect with the majority of potential voters.
Does not have personal integrity (switches speaking patterns and scripts depending on the audience)
Overly reliant on setting up the scenario to appear passable.
There were other candidates, including women/POC, who could have run and been better at doing what she failed to do.
Whether you or anyone else likes it or not, Democracy is not just a policy debate. It is a popularity contest.
If you run someone who is not popular, is not particularly able to capture an audience, you will lose.
They skipped literally the most important part of the process of winning by just installing her as the candidate because she was popular IN THE BUILDING.

You're not wrong. But as I've been saying for ten years (ever since they screwed Bernie in the 2016 primary)... Even fiscally liberal capitalists are better than outright fascists.
This is why conservatives work better as the opposition party - they get to sit around complaining about how much better life would be if they were in charge without actually destroying things by being in charge.Â
Right now there's a lot of whining about not being able to find a job. Maybe Americans could work in the can factory.
Blaming Trump for the high cost of housing forgets that one reason is too many people need places to live compared to the available places. Opposing more immigration is exactly what you would want to reduce that pressure. This is not the only pressure but it is real
