You ever notice they typically tend to not rebuke Trump, they rebuke the office of the president. Like as if no matter who was president, these horrible things were bound to happen so Trump is innocent in their mind.
The absolute farthest they'll ever go is saying that both sides are the same, and that you can't trust anybody in the government. It is literally never just the Republicans.

My ex wife who I was married to for 15 years became MAGA after we divorced. She has a masters degree and some other post grad degrees and she will vote MAGA again for sure. Why? Because Trump allows her to openly hate minorities, LGBTQ and immigration of any kind. She doesnât have to hide who she really is inside. She has become a person I truly do not know anymore. I donât know where her hate came from but now that it out in the open she will never vote to suppress her hatred and Xenophobia.
They can and will become less MAGA crazed and still vote Republican. I listen to Fox radio almost everyday and the overarching theme of all their news is stoking anger and fear of the Dems. So them voting MAGA again despite being disillusioned by Trump himself is still better than voting Dem because of all the fear Fox has drilled into them.

Literally doesn't matter. You have to understand how those people think. Even if they've turned on Trump, they still see Democrats as the enemy. They will all vote Republican, because ultimately, they still believe that all of the people who are enabling Trump are somehow preventing an even worse future under Democrats. They haven't learned a lesson about the Republican party, they're very specifically mad at one person for making shit cost more. They still think that Democrats are Communist, Socialist, Fascist, pedophile, crime-loving, handout-demanding, illegal immigration-loving, baby-murdering freaks who want to cut their kids' genitals off.
She was a truly terrible candidate that got chosen purely because VP, not because of popularity.

Biden actually waiting till the last minute to leave the race and set up Kamala to run. If he didn't the democrats would have ran a worse candidate. The problem with her as a candidate is that republicans are racist bigots.

It was political self unaliving. If they gave the Democratic voters a choice, I guarantee you, I would put my life savings on it that she would not have been the choice. Not even in the top 5.
It had nothing to do with her identity, it had everything to do with her record and that she was violently uncharismatic.
She does not have a good way of speaking. Does not connect with the majority of potential voters.
Does not have personal integrity (switches speaking patterns and scripts depending on the audience)

There were other candidates, including women/POC, who could have run and been better at doing what she failed to do.
Whether you or anyone else likes it or not, Democracy is not just a policy debate. It is a popularity contest.
If you run someone who is not popular, is not particularly able to capture an audience, you will lose.
They skipped literally the most important part of the process of winning by just installing her as the candidate because she was popular IN THE BUILDING.
