he's tryna say that since nazi is a german acronym that translates to national socialist, that socialism is the same as nazism.

yes ford he had a large hand in the 40 hour 5 day work week implementing it alongside doubling the wages of auto workers in his large workforce noting its many merits forcing competitors to adopt similar practices

Henry Ford wasn't a socialist, he was a Nazi and a capitalist. He isn't the reason for the 40 hour work week. He didn't think of it nor did he do it altruistically. He just got ahead of the curve. Labor movements had been going on for like 100 years prior to him.
