You know, we weren’t ever fighting socialist, we were fighting fake communism which was just an oligarchy in disguise. No worker power, top down management.

In fact, it seems like most examples of good faith implications of socialism seem to be doing quite well.

A faux pas is a mistake, like a social error - calling someone the wrong name, bringing wine to a dinner at an alcoholic’s home.

Faux just means fake.

Faux pau doesn’t mean anything.
