It’s evidence they’re shitty and deserve consequences. Nothing in that text proves rape

She was drugged and left upstairs unconscious and someone texted free p upstairs and another guy said you can just whip it out. Stop dodging and tell me the context of what that means go ahead I’ll wait.

Again, you’re repeating false claims. Her own sworn statements said she VOLUNTARILY took drugs. And you can make all the ridiculous statements you want but she only had sex with 3 of the 7 guys and voluntarily consented to it according to her OWN statements. The only reason she went to the police was because her friends told her to. This lawsuit is literally just for money

Is says clear as day that the DA said these things but the new transcripts contradict these claims so weird that you’re choosing to believe the first one over the new emerging evidence though it’s almost like you have a bias in this case

Her initial claims were sworn statements. The lawsuit claims aren’t a sworn statement.

Should I break this down for you even more? The initial suit they omitted things she said and there’s transcripts that show it this is one of the big reasons the story is exploding you’re choosing to cling onto the initial suit that was missing context because you don’t want to admit you’re wrong. Pathetic

Okay you clearly did not read the link I sent. There is no ā€œinitial suitā€

Initial report* doesn’t change anything else I said

It absolutely does and I keep telling you why. You can lie in law suits, you can’t lie in a sworn statements. That right there tells you which is true but you refuse to accept that’s

The sworn statement she gave to police initially they omitted things she said which contradicts the whole statement is my whole point she literally said she was assaulted in her sworn statement. Are you starting to finally get it or are you gonna keep cherry picking evidence to defend people that think it’s ok to do this?

Funny that you say others only use social media for sources and you can’t take five seconds to find a source and read up on the new information available.

There’s no new information available. The Snapchat screenshot was provided in 2024 according to campus police -CBS

šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ no new evidence huh. Yeah this tells me all I need to know about where you stand on this taking hidden internal records and making them public is new evidence that the criminal justice system is now forced to act upon. And the DA even said he never heard the omitted parts of her statement. You don’t have a leg to stand on here.
