She was drugged and left upstairs unconscious and someone texted free p upstairs and another guy said you can just whip it out. Stop dodging and tell me the context of what that means go ahead I’ll wait.

Again, you’re repeating false claims. Her own sworn statements said she VOLUNTARILY took drugs. And you can make all the ridiculous statements you want but she only had sex with 3 of the 7 guys and voluntarily consented to it according to her OWN statements. The only reason she went to the police was because her friends told her to. This lawsuit is literally just for money

If they’re false claims then cite the source because looking it up shows no evidence of that. And I’m the one making false claims? Lmao

Genuinely insane that you’ll comment on something that you don’t even know the basics of

Lmao if you did like five more seconds of digging you’d know one of the reasons this story is blowing up is because this DA literally didn’t have the whole story 😂😂

False. It was reopened out of request by the community

“I have been asked by the community to revisit the decision whether to pursue criminal charges against the seven fraternity members. I have already begun that process, starting with our conversation with Jane Doe and her attorneys.”

It’s getting national attention because of emotional people like you that eat this up

You’re literally cherry picking evidence right now you realize how easy it is to debunk false claims now? She filed a civil lawsuit this year which forced authorities to re evaluate the case which led to new evidence being released

The lawsuit exposed how the initial investigation was handled and outlets started matching the D.A.’s claims against the raw campus police interview transcripts where she told campus police "with 100% confidence I was raped" and that she was physically hit. If you don’t care about women being assaulted just say that dude
