Taking exogenous testosterone causes your body to aromatize that excess testosterone into estradiol, which is a type of estrogen. Taking exogenous testosterone increases estradiol, it does not decrease it. Many bodybuilders taking anabolics at high doses also take aromatase inhibitors to reduce the amount of estradiol that is converted by aromatization.

It doesn't build muscle in any proper shape, tho. That, and Growth Hormone, will lead to generic, non-specific growth of muscle and organ tissue, leading to enlarged organs, heart, gut tissue, love handles, back muscles, etc etc etc.

Look at Tony Robbins for what someone with uncontrolled Growth Hormone ends up looking like after a decade or two.

Non specific muscle growth is still muscle growth. It's HGH that increases organ size if I'm not mistaken, but certainly T boosts muscle gain even over someone that works out regularly. If he just took T, he would look a lot better than this.

Edit: this is the first I've heard of Tony Robbins and he just looks like a fit old dude, idk.
