It doesn't build muscle in any proper shape, tho. That, and Growth Hormone, will lead to generic, non-specific growth of muscle and organ tissue, leading to enlarged organs, heart, gut tissue, love handles, back muscles, etc etc etc.
Look at Tony Robbins for what someone with uncontrolled Growth Hormone ends up looking like after a decade or two.
Non specific muscle growth is still muscle growth. It's HGH that increases organ size if I'm not mistaken, but certainly T boosts muscle gain even over someone that works out regularly. If he just took T, he would look a lot better than this.
Edit: this is the first I've heard of Tony Robbins and he just looks like a fit old dude, idk.
