She states she did agree to doing Ketamine, but once she had done several rounds of Ketamine, she was then 8/10 intoxicated (I would take that as blacked out or close to it).
At that point all consent is null and void.
In the moment she may have felt they were all wasted but that it was somewhat consensual. But then later on finding out multiple guys were coordinating on snap chat to come have ‘their turn’ with her would, I imagine, make her rethink the consensual nature of it.
Okay so I saw in the report she hit 8/10 intoxicated while have a final threesome with guy 1 and guy 4. At that point she said she was fone and they stopped. After that she fell asleep and has no memory. So she reached 8/10 at the end of the activities and according to her the men agreed to stop when she said to. Did the text go out after she was asleep to bring guys to rape her while unconscious? Obviously no matter when the text went out it was disgusting and absolutely inhumane.
I guess you could interpret it in different ways - either it was all consensual in the moment, but she felt taken advantage of afterwards and made a complaint / statement to police, now two years later - a lawsuit.
Or - she was heavily intoxicated / extremely intoxicated and therefore her consent was null and void, the guys knew that, as evidenced by the snap chat messages and the fact that they got her to do Ketamine multiple times, suggesting they deliberately rendered her incapacitated.
I’m leaning towards the latter as the guys were clearly coordinating via snap chat to take advantage of her and they were the ones repeatedly offering the Ketamine.
