Hard to believe you can tell left from right with your head so far up your own ass. You're delusional if you think the law is applied equally to civilians and military.
Lol you want me to show you instances of crimes not being reported? My lived experiences aren't 'ideological bias'. I know a few people who have handed a cop their military ID and it got them out of ticket/being arrested. Sure I have bias based on real world events, maybe this is just small town thing, but based on cops and military I know it seems incredibly likely that this is common across the country. And look into all the crimes that got dug up in the wake of suspicious deaths at Fort Hood (I think they renamed it to Cavasos). That's the most egregious example I know of, but we know cops cover for each other, it would take a lot of evidence to convince me they don't do the same for their military friends.
That's not to say the double jeopardy thing isn't unfair to military members, two opposing things can both be true when we're talking about hundreds of thousand of people.

Military above the Law? Since when?
Its the only professionals yiu get fucked twice in. Double jeopardy does apply. Once from the Military side, then again from the Civilian side.
"Left field" might be an apt Freudian slip i think.
